Our plans for the 24th annual Littleton-Lake Gaston Festival are well underway. This year's dates are Aug 29th and 30th. The Festival's general format will be similar to past years. Friday evening the food court will open at 5PM. A town wide block dance to live music starts at about 7PM and lasts until around 10PM. Saturday the Festival will be open from 10AM until 4PM. Classic Car Show, Carnival rides, a Crafters/Vendors Midway, and Barbeque Cook-off  will all be up and running. We have been on a roll with good weather the past few years and the Farmer's Almanac promises more this year.

 As before, the Food Court will be in the gravel/grass area next to the Casa Mia Restaurant. The basic setup space is a 20' x 20' area. A 30' x30'  tent with tables and chairs will be set up. A large construction site dumpster will be provided for your trash. Running water and 110/220 volt electrical power is available to each space, and extra parking is located next to the Food Court. The price is $105.00 price per space. We will have ice available for you at our cost.  Please note, in accordance with our long standing agreement with Pepsi, only non-carbonated drinks (water, juice, tea, etc) may be sold from your booth.

More Amps 2008.  We have rebuilt our electrical power distribution. We now have four 200 amp services from the power company. That should be enough power for everyone to fly.

Cancellations for a full refund can be made up until Aug 20th. There is no backup rain date for the Festival. We will mail you an info update and festival map showing your location on Aug 21st.

The Food Court area will be available to you for set up at 10AM Friday.

Halifax County Health and Fire Inspectors will check all food vendors about 3PM on Friday.

Also please note the space on the application to list the food items you plan to sell. Your menu is your choice. But, if  several vendors are planning to sell the same food item, we will call you so we don't have overkill on that item - and you don't buy too much inventory. We can only do that if you give us a complete food list.
